About the Role:
As a valued Support Worker with Thera South West, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. Your role will involve helping individuals create innovative ways to achieve their personal goals, aims, and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting people in their daily lives, including helping them develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and assisting with leisure activities.
- Helping individuals plan and manage their own homes, as well as supporting them with employment, individual interests, and travel.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and creatively solving problems to meet the unique needs of each individual.
