Night Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Officer to join our team at the Beacon Children's Home in Grantham. As a Night Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, who are aged between 8 and 17 years old.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with our residents, supporting their needs during the night, and ensuring their welfare is met. You will also undertake general housekeeping duties throughout the home.

About YouWe are looking for a Night Support Officer who is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and a calm professional demeanor. You will need to have basic IT skills and be able to adapt to different situations. Previous experience in a care profession is not essential, but you will need to have a good understanding of caring for children.
