About the Role

Are you a seasoned project management professional seeking a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and transformation? Bompas & Parr Studio Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to join our dynamic team.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on optimising production efficiency, maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of key client accounts, working closely with internal teams to align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and results.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects and programs within the organisation, with a focus on optimising project financial performance and health and safety standards while ensuring alignment with project and organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and programs.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to drive organisational change and transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
