We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at EMG Motor Group. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Sales Director, your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability.
- Effectively motivate and support the sales team to reach expected targets.
- Buying and selecting used cars at competitive prices to maximise resale profitability.
- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Ensuring effective stock management and profiling.
- Supporting site maintenance efforts alongside Management.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to create strategies that boost sales.
- Mentoring and leading a sales team to enhance departmental performance.
