We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at EMG Motor Group. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and profitability across our new and used vehicle departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Buy and select used cars at competitive prices to maximize resale value.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels and profiles to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create sales-boosting strategies.
- Mentor and lead a sales team to enhance departmental performance.
- Proven track record as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, or Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
- Good financial and commercial understanding.
- Positive and forward-thinking work ethic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
