We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at EMG Motor Group. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Coaching and mentoring sales team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for incremental sales and stock acquisition
  • Working closely with the management team to oversee the daily activities within the sales team
