Conveyancing Support Specialist

TSR Legal Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Legal 500 firm to recruit a Conveyancing Support Specialist for their Conveyancing team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and we are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to support Conveyancers in managing client queries, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance for smooth housing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Conveyancers with administrative tasks, including setting up new client matters, drafting confirmation letters, and updating records.
  • Support the team with compliance processes, including Anti Money Laundering Regulations and client telephone enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a property transaction environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
