Conveyancing Services Team Opportunity

**About the Role**

TSR Legal is proud to be working with a Legal 500 firm to recruit a Conveyancing Support Specialist for their Conveyancing team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Conveyancers, ensuring the smooth execution of housing transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.

• Manage client matters, including drafting confirmation letters and updating records.

• Assist Conveyancers with administrative tasks and compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.

• Support the team with Anti Money Laundering Regulations and client telephone inquiries.

**Requirements**

• Previous administrative experience, with a focus on property transactions (ideal but not essential).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Availability to work from the Bristol offices, with excellent public transport links.
