Conveyancing Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our team at TSR Legal. As a key member of our Conveyancing Services team, you will provide administrative support to our Conveyancers, ensuring the smooth execution of housing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client queries and provide excellent service as the first point of contact.
- Set up new client matters, including drafting confirmation letters and updating records.
- Support Conveyancers with administrative tasks and compliance processes.
- Assist with Anti Money Laundering Regulations and client telephone enquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in property transactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.
- Availability to work from our Bristol offices.
