Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at H9 Technical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing objective evidence in an organized and structured way, ensuring that the company meets project specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence of quality system compliance and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project-specific information is correctly placed in Workspace, hard-copies, and local project folders.
  • Review documentation for errors and arrange for corrections as needed.
  • Verify supplier test certification against purchase orders and relevant specifications to ensure material traceability.
  • Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers.
  • Assist with supplier issues and NCRs, escalating any errors or delays to the Project and Quality Managers.
  • Support the project team with NCR and SAM software, including creating contracts and downloading reporting information.

Requirements

  • IT literacy with a good standard of education, including Maths and English.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to stop errors from progressing until they are corrected.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Nuclear Safety awareness or experience in a similarly highly regulated industry is an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
