You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building. Our company offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 and a performance-based commission of £5,000 - £10,000.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine their suitability as potential customers based on their needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads to explore our financial solutions.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing valuable information to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our approach.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and current information in our CRM system to track lead interactions effectively.
