**About the Job:**

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams in Cambridge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for strategically guiding and empowering our engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead four Agile engineering teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget
  • Coach and mentor team leads to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive strategy and decision-making
  • Improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
  • Strong technical background in software engineering with expertise in modern software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
