Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth management of our revenue streams.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes as needed
- Dealing with customer queries related to invoicing and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensuring that debts are paid within agreed payment terms
- Preparing and issuing monthly statements for customers
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as requested by management
- Liaising with the Management Accounts team to assist in calculating accrued and prepaid income
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator with sound decision-making skills. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good IT skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for this role.
