Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd in Nottingham, UK. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth flow of revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise sales invoices and issue credit notes as needed
- Deal with customer queries related to invoicing and ensure timely payment of debts
- Prepare and issue monthly statements for customers
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by management
- Liaise with the Management Accounts team to calculate accrued and prepaid income
Requirements
- Efficient and organized with sound decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
