Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise sales invoices and issue credit notes as needed
  • Deal with customer queries related to invoicing and ensure debts are paid within agreed payment terms
  • Prepare and issue monthly statements for customers
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by management
  • Liaise with the Management Accounts team to assist in calculating accrued and prepaid income
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator with sound decision-making skills. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
