Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cash allocations, notifications, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Allocation: Allocate received payments to the correct accounts and ensure accurate recording.
- Bad Debt Provisions: Identify and notify accounts applicable for bad debt provisions, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Cash Management: Code and input weekly and monthly direct debit runs, as well as customer communications.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with branch operations to discuss client requirements and debt issues.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a transactional function, with a minimum of 1 year.
- Skills: Excellent Excel skills, including v-look ups and pivot tables.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
