Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Regent Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of care staff
Requirements
- Experience in care leadership or management, preferably in a care home setting
