About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Beechwood Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting and developing our care assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Support and develop the skills of care assistants through training and coaching
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a residential setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of older people
