- Familiarity with enabling approaches and promoting independence, with a commitment to empowering individuals
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (drivers) and £11.50 per hour (walkers)
- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists
- Bonus schemes, including up to £300 new starter bonus and £300 annual bonus
