Skills and Qualifications Required
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a focus on delivering person-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Familiarity with enabling approaches and promoting independence, with a commitment to empowering individuals
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (drivers) and £11.50 per hour (walkers)
  • Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists
  • Bonus schemes, including up to £300 new starter bonus and £300 annual bonus
  • Paid induction training, covering Be Caring values, dignity and respect, and more
