About this Role
Akari is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and deliver exceptional care to our residents. As an experienced carer, you will be responsible for observing and reviewing care planning needs, supporting training and supervision of junior colleagues, and developing social activities.
Responsibilities:

Our Benefits
We offer a competitive salary starting at £13.27 per hour (dependent on qualification), employer pension contribution of 3%, recognition schemes, referral incentives, uniform provided, DBS check costs covered, 28 days annual leave, fully funded training and development, and support for personal development plans.
