Job Overview:

  • This role involves working with a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing one-to-one support and assistance to the class teacher.
  • You will work closely with the SENCo to develop strategies that promote the student's social and communication skills.
  • Your key responsibilities will include providing tailored support, monitoring progress, and reporting back to the SENCo.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Clear DBS check.
