Job Title: Sales Account Manager

About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, initiating outbound sales calls, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to businesses to promote company services, build relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • KPIs and Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to team strategy discussions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth. You will also need to be able to accurately log business development opportunities and maintain customer records.
