Senior EHS Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior EHS Professional to drive outstanding EHS performance across all work sites. As an advisor with Siemens Electrification, you will improve workplace safety and sustainability.
This role is based in Hebburn, with the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week supporting Projects and Servicing activities. Our team of trailblazers in electrification, automation, and digitalisation solutions stand for excellence, reliability, and transformative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain top-notch EHS performance across all work sites.
- Drive EHS culture by engaging employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour.
- Provide EHS advice on changing business needs and technological advancements for effective risk control.
- Manage conformance with EHS requirements through our externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices and elevate EHS standards.
Prior experience as an investigator or auditor is preferred. You should have a NEBOSH General Certificate, be a member of IOSH or working towards it, and hold a UK Driving Licence for occasional travel between Siemens and customer sites.
What's in it for you?We offer a competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum), flexible working hours, a pension plan with employer contributions up to 10%, and 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays). You'll also have the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days of leave.
