Home Manager Wanted

We're seeking a Home Manager who can lead our team in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for managing our home, ensuring the highest standards of care, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our in-house quality team to ensure that our systems and processes are aligned with best practice.
  • Work closely with our in-house finance team to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of care professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
