About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Governance Professional to join our team at the Blockchain & Climate Institute.

Job Description

This is an unpaid volunteer role that will support the Company Secretary and the wider work of the Governance Support Bureau, and the Director-General. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular administrative support, assisting in developing governance structures and processes, and supporting membership development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships, work flexibly across professional boundaries, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong English writing skills, close attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree or training in Business, Climate Change, Environmental Science, or Finance, as well as demonstrable experience in organization/business administration, committee support, and target-driven roles. Experience working independently and with teams to drive forward projects using one's own initiative is also desired.
