We are seeking an experienced Nurse Clinician to join our primary care team in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will receive a salary of £45,504 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 5 weeks annual leave and an NHS Pension. As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients, developing and implementing individual treatment plans, and working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Work closely with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice's policies and procedures.
