Specialist Substance Use Clinician

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Specialist Substance Use Clinician to join our team at One Recovery Bucks, an NHS drug and alcohol treatment service.
As a leading healthcare provider, we deliver exceptional care and support to individuals struggling with substance use issues. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive treatment plans and interventions that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical interventions, including prescribing medications for opioid use disorder and alcohol detoxification. They will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and offer health and wellbeing interventions, as well as BBV screening.
Our ideal candidate will possess an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber qualification, a Nursing or Pharmacist qualification, and registration with the NMC or GPC. They should also have experience working as an Independent NMP within a drug and alcohol service and in a multi-disciplinary health and social care setting.
This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 20% Welcome to MPFT bonus.
