  • Contribute to delivering the Health Visiting service offer and support the team in achieving its goals.
  • Engage proactively and creatively with children, young people, and families to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Evidence continuous professional development and have a desire to progress and learn.

About You:

  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people.
  • You will be a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration and up-to-date revalidation.
  • You will be able to travel throughout Swindon and have access to a car, as you will work in a variety of settings, including the family home.
  • You will be fluent in the English language and able to communicate effectively with children, young people, and families.
