About the Clinical Fellow Role:
- The clinical fellow will work alongside our experienced consultant surgeons and anaesthetists to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Responsibilities will include assisting in operating theatres, conducting daily ward rounds, and participating in audit and research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating theatre first assistant or primary operator under supervision.
- Daily ward rounds in ITU/HDU and dedicated cardiothoracic wards.
- General ward work under the supervision of the consultant.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- MRCS/FRCS equivalent or higher qualification.
- Adequate progression of training in a relevant specialty.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
