Sales Manager Industrial Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced senior sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with industrial OEMs and distributors across the UK. You will have a strong network of customers who buy hydraulic components and will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with industrial OEMs and distributors
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Providing regular updates on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in external sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering components and hydraulic systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A dynamic 'can-do' attitude and enthusiasm for sales

Salary and Benefits:
