Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with industrial OEMs and distributors across the UK. You will have a strong network of customers who buy hydraulic components and will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with industrial OEMs and distributors
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Providing regular updates on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in external sales, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering components and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A dynamic 'can-do' attitude and enthusiasm for sales

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000+ per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a home office setup, company car, pension scheme, laptop and mobile phone, and credit card.
