Sales Enablement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As the leader of our Sales Engineers and Trainers in the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pre-sales engineering support, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will also oversee our Axis Academy, offering high-quality courses to partners and customers.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in people leadership roles, with a degree in Engineering or Business Administration. They will also have experience leading and developing people with an engineering background, as well as experience in security, CCTV, or related industries. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
This is a permanent employment opportunity, with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. The company offers a great benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and a chance to work with a leading technology company in the security industry.
