Salary
The package includes a basic salary of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with a highly competitive uncapped OTE offering huge earning potential.
Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious National Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and strengthening existing business relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Identifying new business opportunities and achieving planned sales targets and goals.
- Representing the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's capital equipment products and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience selling heavy plant machinery in the construction industry.
- Commercial acumen and ability to nurture long-term relationships.
- A technical background and understanding of the 'Value Sell' concept.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or several years of experience in a machinery technical sales role.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
