  • About this role
    • As a Graphics Designer - Brand Development, you will be responsible for developing in-house brands, ensuring we compete with market leading comparisons with direction from the Senior Graphic Designer.
    • You will work on key company projects, collaborating with the wider team to scope required tasks, schedule tasks internally, and ensure project timescales are always met.
    • You will design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, and work fluidly between the creative cloud applications and 3D rendering software to produce original, realistic product assets.
    • You will generate new ideas to portray concepts and advertise our products/services, increase the user experience of all branded products, and maintain brand consistency throughout all projects.
    • You will stay up to date with industry developments and tools, maximize the use of available media while managing project costs to allocated budgets, and update and maintain the internal asset toolbox.
    • You will design for adverts, flyers, brochures, packaging, point of sale signage, icons, illustrations, exhibitions, presentations, corporate templates, and day-to-day artwork of all collaterals and preparing files for print working.
    • You will liaise directly with the close and wider team to ensure accuracy of information, liaising with suppliers, requesting and agreeing quotations with necessary approval/s, and agreeing print delivery timescales, sampling, and ordering collaterals.
    • You will support the business on quick turnaround and last-minute projects with a can-do attitude and support the team with ad-hoc tasks to support the business as required.
    • You will work within a team environment to collectively brainstorm solutions.
  • Requirements
    • We are looking for a portfolio of completed design projects from conception to completion.
    • You should be competent in a level of knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Apple Mac.
    • You should be able to learn new software packages.
    • You should be a highly creative individual with an excellent eye for detail.
    • You should be able to work to deadlines and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Desired
    • We are looking for proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar.
    • You should have experience with KeyShot (or similar), Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD.
    • You should have experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
    • You should be methodical, meticulous, and organized.
    • You should have further education awards in a relevant field.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members, clients, and key stakeholders.
    • Innovation and creativity are vital for creating collateral of all sizes, which helps develop a brand over time from the inside.
    • Taking ownership of your work and having a keen eye for detail is essential to maintain a high level of quality throughout all work.
    • The design landscape is constantly evolving. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and open to learning new tools, trends, and techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
    • This role requires planning and foresight to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with all areas of the business.
    • Taking time to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience is crucial. Taking this approach helps in creating design that helps solve real problems for the user.
