Student Wellbeing Coordinator

The Harbour School is searching for a compassionate and organized individual to fill the role of Student Wellbeing Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing and academic success of our pupils with SEMH and/or medical needs.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote pupil wellbeing and engagement in learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to design and deliver personalized learning experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Manage accurate records and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary of £24,322 - £25,144, depending on experience.
