Job Title: Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at Aspire Jobs Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our client suite and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate events, including setting up tables, chairs, and refreshments
  • Ensure the client suite and meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including answering calls and greeting clients
  • Assist with reception duties, including opening incoming post and distributing to pigeonholes
  • Perform routine tasks, such as cleaning the coffee machines and replenishing stock
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to undertake other roles as needed
