Care Worker Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team at Kintyre Care Centre. As a Care Worker Assistant, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team working towards individuals' Person Centred Plans, supporting them to maintain as much independence as possible, be more involved in the local community, and support their goals and aspirations in life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with complex physical and mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual goals and aspirations
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Experience of working in elderly care is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own
- Positive and flexible outlook to your work
- Ability to register with the SSSC and achieve necessary qualifications
