We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Carer to join our team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership. As a Home Carer, you will play a vital role in enabling people to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and reablement practices
- Provide support to individuals in their own homes
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Participate in comprehensive induction and training programs
