Support Worker

Enable is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain successful relationships with individuals, adapting your communication style to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their personal support plans, celebrating their successes and progress.
- Provide person-centred support, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
