Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional results for our UK branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective sales strategies, contributing to our overarching brand strategy, and assessing performance against key performance indicators.
You will lead and manage Sales, Logistics, and Training functions, oversee the smooth running of the Logistics department, and manage the Training team. Your strong commercial outlook and entrepreneurial approach will enable you to negotiate customer contracts, ensure commerciality, and implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as a Sales Director or similar role, preferably in the luxury beauty industry. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Sales, Logistics, and Training functions of the UK branch.
- Devising and implementing sales strategy.
- Contributing to overarching brand strategy.
- Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Meeting with sales managers to assess performance against KPIs.
- Presentation of sales results to the MD weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Presentation at conferences and events about the company's products and services.
- Hosting and presenting to retail partners at quarterly meetings.
- Implementing sales strategies and monitoring effectiveness.
- Negotiating customer contracts and ensuring commerciality.
- Implementation of an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
- Leading the Logistics team and overseeing the smooth running of the department.
- Overall responsibility for the Training team.
- Ensuring the Sales team follows up on training provided.
- Overseeing performance management of Sales, Logistics, and Training teams.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Sales Director or similar role.
- Experience in the luxury beauty industry preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
- Strong commercial outlook and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering outstanding results.
- Excellent relationships with retail partners.
- Strong understanding of digital sales, MS Office, and CRM.
- Excellent leadership skills, recruiting, developing, and managing Sales teams to inspire outstanding performance.
The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
