As a Central London Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of our lettings and sales teams.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication between landlords and tenants, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also be involved in reviewing and updating tenancy agreements, negotiating renewal terms, and conducting Anti Money Laundering checks.

In addition, you will assist with appraisals, uploading new instructions, and issuing terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the London property market and its regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

The salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 6 monthly bonus.
