Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Lead Property Manager. This exciting opportunity is based in our Central London office, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of London properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants across our portfolio of London properties.
  • Managing insurance claims, coordinating with loss adjusters, and arranging estimates for successful claims resolution.
  • Conducting property inspections within the portfolio, providing detailed reports to landlords, and addressing any identified issues.
  • Ensuring prompt processing of service charge and ground rent invoices upon receipt, allocating funds as required.
  • Handling contractual paperwork related to tenancies.
  • Pursuing rent arrears and serving legal notices when necessary.
  • Managing and administering tenants' deposits, including negotiation and processing of deposit releases at the end of tenancies, assessing potential deductions, and mediating between landlords and tenants.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, along with robust customer service and administrative competencies.
  • Experience in a real estate agency would be preferable but is not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
