Central London Property Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our client's London-based Asset Management team.
In partnership with a prominent global fund, we aim to identify a talented professional who can contribute significantly to the management of their circa £10 billion AUM portfolio.
As a member of the Asset Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a prime asset in Central London, incorporating strategic initiatives, occupier engagement, and lease negotiations.
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the business, working directly under the Head of Asset Management.
To be considered, applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years' PQE experience, preferably within the Commercial property sector, with a proven track record of success in managing large office portfolios.
Desirable qualities include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the London property market.
As part of the compensation package, you can expect a salary of up to £110,000, accompanied by a performance-related bonus that may reach 30% of your base salary.
