About the Role

LMAX Group is seeking an experienced Liquidity Specialist to join our team. As a Liquidity Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of FX and liquidity products from concept through to delivery and ongoing management.

This role involves leading the end-to-end product management of FX and liquidity products, including ideation, planning, development, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and operations, to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver strategic value.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.

We require the successful candidate to have proven experience as a Product Manager, with specific experience managing FX or liquidity-related products. Strong project management skills are essential, with a track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.

We estimate the salary for this role to be in the region of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
