Liquidity Provision Specialist - Crypto

We are seeking a seasoned Liquidity Provision Specialist to join our team at DRW. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in our token liquidity provision business globally.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the crypto industry, with a proven track record in liquidity provision. You will work closely with our trading team to design and negotiate agreements, source deal-flow from new and existing protocols, and develop and maintain a network of crypto-native partners.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategy and driving growth in the global token market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols requiring liquidity providers at centralized exchanges
  • Develop and maintain a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors
  • Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discussions through onboarding and trading go-live
  • Work closely with our trading team to design and negotiate agreements
  • Represent our brand globally at conferences and other industry events
