Complaints Resolution Specialist

About the Role:

The Post holder will be working as part of a Corporate Team facilitating the management and investigation of concerns associated with NHS funded care, including supporting complaints. They will support Divisions with the investigation of serious concerns to ensure compliance with Regulations, Policy and national guidance.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and investigating complaints related to NHS funded care. This includes working closely with Divisions to ensure compliance with regulations, policy, and national guidance.

Additionally, you will provide training and support to staff on complaint handling and investigation procedures.

Requirements:
  • Senior manager level experience
  • NHS complaints management system knowledge
  • Experience of using spreadsheets to analyse and report data
  • Complex organisational environment experience
  • Training delivery experience
