Key Responsibilities:- Deliver daily living assistance and encourage service users to develop their independence.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Organize and facilitate community and social activities, promoting inclusivity and social participation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or social work is an asset.
- Previous experience in a support role with individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience are required.
- A salary range of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses.
