We are seeking an exceptional scholar to join our team as an Associate Lecturer in Psychology. This full-time position offers the opportunity for hybrid working, with a balance of on-campus and remote work.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of an introductory module on 'cognition, emotion, and development' and second-year practicals in cognitive psychology. They will also support the student learning experience using a range of approaches and modes of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and support learning on cognitive psychology modules
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources
- Support student learning and academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality educational experiences
- PhD (or nearing completion) in Psychology or a related field
- Specialist knowledge of cognitive psychology
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
