Job Summary:

The University of Exeter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer to lead the Psychological Professions Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project, including the communication strategy. They will also act as the main point of liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of key objectives and good governance of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPIs for the PPN-SW Project, including communication strategy
  • Act as main point of liaison between CEDAR, PPN-SW co-chairs, steering group, PPN-E, ALBs, and stakeholders
  • Ensure good governance of the project and develop reporting systems
  • Organize and deliver PPN-SW training
  • Support operational development and sustainability of project objectives

Requirements:

  • Doctorate-level training or equivalent in a psychology profession
  • In-depth understanding of clinical specialism
  • Excellent teaching skills and leadership qualities
  • Proven track record of teaching and leadership in HE/Clinical/NHSE environment
