Job Title: End User Engineer

We are seeking an experienced End User Engineer to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As an End User Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and maintenance to our internal employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Offer user guidance and training on using software applications and systems.
  • Address user questions and concerns, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory through the use of Ivanti ISM.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting experience, particularly focused on laptops.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365, with a clear understanding of the steps required to do this.
  • Knowledge of providing support on Windows 10 and 11.
  • Ability to prioritize with a ticketing-based system.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience, including prioritization.
  • Capability to troubleshoot meeting room devices quickly and effectively.
  • Experience supporting VPNs and antivirus.
