An exciting opportunity exists for a Technology Operations Specialist to join the IT department at St Edward's School. As the successful candidate, you will oversee IT support staff and ensure excellent customer service standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing logistics for exam-related IT services
  • Ensuring the availability of IT services during exams
  • Managing e-boards, cloud phones, and video libraries in boarding houses
  • Supporting network maintenance and projects
  • Providing expert desktop and second-line support
  • Reviewing helpdesk system entries for accuracy and necessary escalation
  • Maintaining the school's internal website content

Compensation Package: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Position

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual with previous experience in IT support roles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IT systems infrastructure, user applications, and client systems configuration, along with essential skills in SCCM, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and Windows 10 or later operating systems.
